Connect to Webex

Field notes
· Workspace creation consumes one Webex Calling – Workspaces seat per row and attaches a temporary extension — swap in the real DID later in Control Hub.
· Port 1 on every VG is locked to the auto-created placeholder workspace; the toolkit preserves it automatically.
· VG port assignment replaces the device's entire member list using a two-step apply; if step 2 fails the original assignment is rolled back.
· Every run defaults to dry run. Nothing is written until you switch it off.
